Agent Showings: Many of our clients just simply do not have the time to show their homes to potential buyers. So we are offering another great package for our busy clients who wish to have us show their home to the prospect buyers. This plan is the same as our 2% plan with the additional benefit of having our great agents show your property to the buyers.

MLS distribution: With this service, your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and will receive the exposure to other agents who work with buyers. Our agents will show your home to prospect buyers that come through our service. In addition, other agents will be presenting your home to their potential buyers. For this package, you will pay 4% commission and when another agent brings a purchaser that buys hour home, we will split the commission. You save about 2% compared to the same service offered by other agents in the area.
